(PIRP)
is regulated by the DMV and
sponsored by the Empire Safety Council. We can also accommodate a corporation who has a group of employees.
Major corporations have the added flexibility of having the class on their site,
provided your facility can accommodate a proper classroom environment.

Program Benefits
An individual who successfully completes this course may be eligible for the
following.
| As many as 4 points reduced on your driving record
If you accumulate 11 or more points in 18 months, you will be called to a
DMV hearing, after which your license may be suspended or revoked. You will be
offered the option of waiving the hearing or accepting a definite period of
suspension.
(Once in any 18 month period;
point reduction does not affect mandatory action such as license revocation for
3 speeding convictions within 18 months; does not affect suspensions or
revocations already
in place.)

| Insurance reduction, if you are the principal operator
of the
insured vehicle.
The course provides a 10% reduction for three years, in the base rate of
the motorist’s current automobile liability, no-fault and collision premiums.
(Please note that insurance reduction does not prevent general premium
increases, or premium increases due to violations or accidents.)

| It will help refresh your driving knowledge with a
review of time-tested safe driving tips and an overview of today's vehicle and
traffic laws.
